*** Stays of 14 days or more are non-refundable and cancellations at any time result in forfeiture of all monies paid. Payment is 1/3 due at the time of booking and remainder balance will be charged in equal monthly installments until the stay is fully paid 30 days prior to arrival. SkyRun may, due to unforeseen circumstances, cancel a guest reservation. In the case of a SkyRun cancellation, through no fault of the guest, the guest is entitled to a refund of lodging for the unused nights. SkyRun's liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the unused nights in the event of cancellation.

Welcome to Redwood 10 in Whistler Village! Located just a mile from gondola square, this 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath condo is an excellent choice for your Steamboat Springs vacation. Upon entering, you will find a comfortable living room with a gas fireplace, a dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen. The sitting area provides two comfy sofas, with one of them pulling out to sleep two. As you pass the sitting area, you will find the convenient, main floor half bathroom. Heading upstairs, you will find the bedrooms and the main bathroom. The master bedroom includes a queen bed with a flat screen TV, and the second bedroom has a twin over queen bed in addition to a twin trundle. In the hallway you will have access to a full sized washer and dryer leading to the main bathroom. This bathroom has a shower/tub combo. There is plenty of afternoon shade on this street making the large deck a great place to grill some food and enjoy summer in the mountains.

This property is located just steps away from one of the many free, city shuttle stops. This local shuttle can take you to the resort in just 5 minutes, the local grocery store in about 10 minutes, and downtown in 15-20 minutes. The free city shuttle makes getting around Steamboat very easy.
