You can easily walk to the gondola in less than 10 minutes to get up to the ski area, or hop on the free local shuttle to head downtown, or to the grocery store. Come back from a day on the slopes and cozy up by the fire, or enjoy a soak in the rooftop hot tub with spectacular 360 views of Steamboat! 

Upon pulling up to this gorgeous home you will find a large heated 2 car garage that has plenty of room to store all of your outdoor toys. As you enter into the house, you will find a full bath to your right, and a lower level living space. This lower-level can be utilized as a retreat for movies, a workspace, or even an additional bedroom. This area is detailed with a large smart TV and a sectional that pulls out to sleep 2. 

As you walk up to the next level you will find a large, wide-open dining room, kitchen, and living area. Home chefs will appreciate the gourmet kitchen that is equipped with brand new high-end stainless-steel appliances. There is room for 8 at the dining room table with an additional 4 at the kitchen island. Continue on into the living room to find a large cozy couch that can sleep 2 more, a smart-tv, gas stove, and a patio with a nice sitting area for those warmer months. This outdoor patio overlooks what is soon-to-be the community's green space. 

The third floor is where you will find the additional bedrooms. The master bedroom has a luxurious king bed with an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third room has a twin over queen bunk bed & a twin trundle that pulls out underneath. These two rooms share a full-sized adjoining bathroom. Each of these bathrooms is complete with a very large custom designed shower so you can freshen up in style after a day of adventure in Steamboat.

Continuing up to the rooftop, you will find the astounding rooftop patio. This amazing space is equipped with a private hot tub, cozy lounge area w/ a large firepit, a gas-powered grill, and an additional dining table with seating for 8. This rooftop patio is surely the highlight of this home, as it is a rare find in Steamboat. From the top you can see Steamboat from every direction including Mt. Werner, Emerald Mountain, Buffalo Pass, and the Flattop Mountains.

The shuttle will take you to the ski area (10 minutes), and downtown Steamboat (30 minutes). Vehicles are recommended for this property and guests will be allotted two garage parking spaces. 

This property comes stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Welcome to Fox Creek 2, your home away from home for your Steamboat getaway. This brand new townhome is located perfectly between the ski resort and downtown, right on the Fox Creek walking trail. You can easily get downtown on by bicycle (10 minutes) or car (2 minutes) for some shopping or dining. The ski resort is about a 5-7 minute drive, or you can take the city free shuttle (winter only).

This large townhome has room for 3 cars to park, with 2 of them fitting inside the spacious heated garage. You can also use the garage to store you skis, snowboards, bikes, and any other adventure gear you may have with you. 

The gorgeous gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to whip up a homemade meal. There is also plenty of seating for everyone in the dining area, with extra seats at the high top bar. The main living area and half bath are both located directly off the kitchen. Cozy up by the fire after a day on the slopes, or enjoy a movie night on the large screened tv. There is 1 parking space available at this property, guests may park anywhere on the Winterset property so long as they are not blocking the entryways to any of the garages. Please note that the garage space is locked off and unavailable for guest use. 

IMPORTANT **The driveway at this complex is very tricky in the winter. 4WD is required from Nov-Apr. More information on how to navigate this driveway will be sent upon booking.**

Welcome to Winterset 1! This beautifully remodeled condo has 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms that span across 3 levels. This spacious unit sleeps up to 10 people, giving everyone plenty of room to spread out. Upon entering, guests will immediately appreciate the striking open layout connecting the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The beautifully appointed kitchen has stainless steel appliances as well as all of the pots, pans and utensils you need to cook for the family. The dining room table will fit 8 with additional seating for 3 at the kitchen island. The living room is large and welcoming; you will want to escape here and relax after a busy day in Steamboat Springs. This room has plush furniture, a gas fireplace,  and a large smart tv. There is also a convenient half bathroom located on this level. 

As you head up the stairs you will find all of the bedrooms. The primary bedroom is equipped with a king bed, TV, connected patio & en-suite bathroom. Down the hallway are the second & third bedrooms that are attached with a Jack and Jill bathroom. Each bedroom has a king bed, plenty of closet space, and its own sink/vanity area. Back in the hallway, you will find a ladder that will take you up to the loft bedroom. This room can sleep 4 with 2 sets of double-over-double bunk beds. This room also has its own attached en-suite bathroom.

Guests can bask in the fresh mountain air on the large outdoor patio. Whether you are relaxing on the patio furniture, soaking in the private hot tub, or grilling up some food on the BBQ grill, there are plenty of ways you can enjoy the beautiful outdoors of Steamboat Springs. 

This unit is limited to two vehicles. There is 1 garage space, which fits small and mid-sized vehicles. PLEASE BE ADVISED THAT FULL SIZED TRUCKS AND SUVS WILL NOT FIT IN THE GARAGE.  There is 1 additional outside parking space available at this property. Guests may park anywhere on the Winterset property so long as they are not blocking the entryways to any of the garages.

You can easily get there by car (2 minutes) or the free city shuttle (10 minutes). The free city shuttle will also take you to downtown Steamboat for shopping and dining.

This 2-bedroom/2-bath condo can sleep 7 people. There is a large and welcoming open living and dining space, with a flat-screen TV, gas fireplace, dining for 6 (plus 5 at the bar), and a fully stocked kitchen with large countertop/bar.  There is a spacious mudroom to remove your winter gear and a ski locker just outside the front door.  This mid-floor unit has a large private balcony accessible from both the living room and the master bedroom, with a table and chairs.  The wonderful grounds at The Lodge offer an outdoor grill, heated outdoor pool, four hot tubs, and a tennis court in the summer.  Less than a block to Gondola Square so walking or biking is a breeze.  The Lodge offers a complimentary free city wide shuttle (winter only) to take you into town for shopping or dining.  The free city bus stop is just steps away for when the shuttle is not running.  During Ski Season there is parking for one vehicle (a second parking pass may be requested, but is not always guaranteed) on a first-come, first-serve basis with some of the spots covered.  From mid-April until November there is parking for two vehicles on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Lodge at Steamboat is located in the mountain base area just one block from the base of the Steamboat Ski Resort, which is a short walk from your front door, or a short ride on the Free Private Shuttle! The Lodge offers on-site check-in, FREE WIFI and an outdoor heated pool, 2 hot tubs, and an exercise facility with sauna. Please note that amenities may be unavailable in the off-season and for maintenance without notice.
 
GETTING AROUND:
The Lodge at Steamboat is located one block away from the ski area on Village Drive, just a short walk or bike ride to the Gondola. Winter shuttle service for transportation to grocery stores and downtown Steamboat Springs.
