You can easily walk to the gondola in less than 10 minutes to get up to the ski area, or hop on the free local shuttle to head downtown, or to the grocery store. This rooftop patio is surely the highlight of this home, as it is a rare find in Steamboat. From the top you can see Steamboat from every direction including Mt. Werner, Emerald Mountain, Buffalo Pass, and the Flattop Mountains.

GETTING AROUND: This property is located 1 mile from Steamboat Ski Resort and is only about a 5 minute walk from a free city bus stop. The shuttle will take you to the ski area (10 minutes), and downtown Steamboat (30 minutes). Vehicles are recommended for this property and guests will be allotted two garage parking spaces. 

This property comes stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils and small appliances.

Upon entering the home, you will immediately find the common areas connecting the living room, kitchen, and dining room. Guests will love the high ceilings that give a luxury feel to the home. The grand fireplace is the focal point of the living room and is the perfect spot to gather around for movies or games after a busy day in Steamboat Springs. This property boasts a high end projector (instead of a tv) so you can fill the entire wall with whatever you desire to watch (sports, movies, tv shows) and feel like you are in your own home theater!
 
The well-appointed kitchen is a home chef's dream with gorgeous finishes and a large kitchen island. The kitchen is well stocked with all of the pots, pans, and utensils you need to create a delicious meal for your group. Watch the snow fall through the large windows surrounding the dining area. As you head upstairs to the second level, you find the other 3 bedrooms. There are 2 guest rooms adjacent from each other, both containing a queen bed and plenty of closet space for your belongings. These rooms will share the large hallway bathroom with a shower/tub combo. 
 
The bunk room is down the hall with 2 twin-over-queen bunk beds that can sleep up to 6 guests. This room also has its own sitting area and en-suite bathroom. This large room is the perfect spot for the kids to retreat away from the adults to play games and have some fun.
 
The backyard is a huge highlight of this property. There is a private hot tub, and plenty of lawn space to relax or enjoy yard games with your family and friends. With views in every direction, you could also just enjoy a nice cup of coffee or glass of wine as you overlook the city. 
 
Steamboat Ski Resort is about 4 miles away and a 10 minute drive from this home. Downtown Steamboat and all of the restaurants and shops are about 1.3 mile drive. Guests can also opt to take the convenient walking path from this neighborhood, getting you downtown in 10-15 minutes by foot (only .5 miles)! The path leads directly to Old Town Hot Springs. It is a bit steep, so watch your step!
For summertime guests, the Steamboat bike park is located at the ski resort, and Haymaker golf course is only 2.5 miles away!

Welcome to Winterset 8, your pet friendly home away from home in the heart of mountain village! This large townhome has 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and can sleep up to 10 guests. Upon entering, guests will be welcomed into the open-space living, dining and kitchen area. The newly updated kitchen has ample counter space, with room for 4 to sit at the countertop bar. The kitchen also offers all the pots, pans, and utensils you need to cook for the family. The kitchen is connected to the dining room that has seating for up to 6 at the large dining table. The open layout of the main level connects these areas to the living room. Cuddle up on the large wrap around couch for some quality time after a fun day in Steamboat. 

As you head upstairs you will find all 4 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite bathroom. Down the hall, there is an additional 2 bedrooms. One room has a king bed, while the other has a queen. These bedrooms are connected by another en-suite bathroom. Both rooms have their own private vanity areas as well. Continuing up one more spiral staircase, you will find the loft. This room has a queen bed, a set of twin bunk beds, and an en-suite bathroom.

There are 3 separate decks throughout the property where guests may enjoy the fresh mountain air. One small balcony in the master bedroom, and two separate decks on the main level that have outdoor seating. This property also has a private hot tub on the large front deck, that guests are more than welcome to use after a day on the slopes, or adventuring around town.

There is 1 parking space available in the shared garage, and 1 space available in the first come first served parking area around the complex. Guests may park anywhere on the Winterset property so long as they are not blocking the entryways to any of the garages. Please note that the garage space is shared with the unit next door. Please be respectful of how you are parking, and that you are not leaving personal gear strewn about.

Welcome to Alpine Vista, your home away from home for your Steamboat getaway. This gorgeous 4 bedroom / 5 bath townhome is located about a half-mile from the Gondola at Steamboat Ski Resort. You can easily get there by car (2 minutes) or the free city shuttle (10 minutes). The free city shuttle will also take you to downtown Steamboat for shopping and dining. 

This large end-unit townhome, built with heated hardwood floors throughout and vaulted ceilings, allows for great light and mountain views. Featuring dual ensuite primary bedrooms, it is the perfect retreat for large families. This home has room for four cars to park, with two of them fitting in a spacious garage equipped with 50-amp charging station for free Electric Vehicle charging. There is also plenty of seating for everyone in the dining area, with extra seating at the high-top bar. The main living area and half bath are both located directly off the kitchen. Cozy up by the fire after a day on the slopes, or enjoy a movie night on the large TV.
