The Howelson Ice Arena is an indoor rink. Our favorite thing about this rink, is that they have bumper cars on ice! The arena also offers regular public skate times and drop-in hockey for all ages.

Horseback Riding and Snowmobile Tours - Visit their website
Saddleback Ranch offers 2-hour horseback rides with vies of the Flat Tops, Sleeping Giant, and Mt. Werner. The ranch is only a 15 mile drive from Steamboat Springs, and if you don’t feel like driving they can provide front door transportation to and from the ranch in luxury vans. They also offer snowmobile tours and snow tubing rides.

It is led by a professional photographer who will help you develop your composition skills, and teach you how to use light.
